Dear Bee lovers,

We just received an update from Root Revival on the two beehives currently being sponsored by many members of our congregation.  Both bee colonies survived the winter and are showing good strength in spring! Both Hive #1 and #2’s queen Bee is now 2+ years old! Terrible twos? That’s pretty good for an insect. 

Our honey flow should start to take off in June! Until then, we will continue to monitor swarming and overall health. Soon, the hives will be moved a bit further back into the open field for more space and comfort near that side of the garden area.
