St. Luke’s is excited to announce that we have stepped up again as a leader in the community in the fight against Alzheimer's. By forming a team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's', we're committing to raising critical awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.

Our fearless leader, Heidi Jaeger, has signed on as our team captain, but if you should need any help registering or obtaining marketing or promotional materials to fundraise, contact our Alzheimer’s staff member, Lisa Phinney, at lmphinney@alz.org or 435-640-1967. The Alzheimer's Association· provides all the tools and resources you need to collect donations and spread the word.

There is no fundraising minimum! We encourage you to set a $100 or more goal to earn a 2024 t-shirt. Or become a Champion by raising $500! Together we can #endalz.

We invite you to register for Team St. Luke’s and start recruiting friends and family and raising funds for the world's largest event to fight the disease.
